Work

Proof, not
promises.

A few of the systems we have built, and one we are still testing. Real work for real businesses, in plain language.

01

Dance studio

Ready on day one

A new studio that wanted to open with its systems already running.

The problem

Opening a studio means a hundred setup tasks and no system to track them, and planning conversations full of good ideas that never quite turn into action.

What we built

A start-up process with an automated check-off list so nothing slips, and a new website so the studio had a presence from the first day.

The result

We took talking notes to a working process in under two weeks. The studio opened on a clear runway, with the admin handled.

02

House of Honey product

Stage Cut

A music-cutting app built for dance teachers, not audio engineers.

The problem

Cutting recital music means fighting professional audio apps for hours, and it still comes out rough. Those tools were built for engineers, not for teachers on a deadline.

What we built

Stage Cut, a simple app that makes clean, professional-sounding cuts in minutes, with none of the learning curve.

Where it is now

It is in active pilot, in the hands of teachers at a dance studio. They cut their own music quickly, and it sounds polished.

03

Community booster club

The fundraiser that ran itself

A volunteer fundraiser buried in paper order forms.

The problem

Every order invoice was keyed in by hand. Errors crept in, and volunteers lost nights to data entry instead of running the event.

What we built

A workflow that reads the order PDFs and drops clean, structured records into one place, ready to total and fulfill.

The result

Hours of manual entry gone each cycle, fewer errors, and volunteers back on the work that matters.

04

The practice itself

Our own systems

A new practice has to prove its method before it has a long client list.

The problem

It is easy to claim you build good systems. It is harder to show it.

What we built

The brand voice, design system, automation stack, and content cadence that run House of Honey are the same kind of systems we build for clients.

The result

The site you are reading is the case study. What you hire is what you get.

We would rather show you than tell you.
